Google Nexus 5 has been on the radars of on-line magazines and media channels for a while now. HTC has been teasing the features of the next Google Nexus phone and so far with all the buzz going on there is no doubt it is working. It is rumoured that Google Nexus 5 will be released this October. Yesterday  Google Nexus 5 was accidentally released on Google Play. It showed a 16GB version of the phone for $349.

 

 

Here are some of the things Google Nexus 5 will offer you.

Larger HD Screen

The Google Nexus 5 will features 4-inch display with full HD playback capabilities.

More Disk Space

The predecessor of Google Nexus was criticized because of its storage space. HTC saw that as a weakness and will be offering more disk space and ability to increase disk space using a SD card. It is still unclear whether Google is planning to release different versions of the same phone with more space or not.

Notification Light

The previous models of Nexus featured notification lights. The Nexus 5 will not be any different. It will also feature a notification light to alert the user and might also support wireless charging.

New Processor

It is confirmed that the Google Nexus 5 will run on the latest version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. Majority of the mobile phones nowadays are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. Due to its portability and operating system support Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 was the logical choice for the new Google Nexus 5.

LTE Support

The previous version of Google Nexus did not include LTE support. However, the new Nexus has been rumored to include LTE support as well.
