1. Tomb Raider
Tomb Raider is a video game franchise centering around the adventures of the English archaeologist Lara Croft. The first six games in the series were developed by Core Design(created by Toby Gard)while Crystal Dynamics developed the latest four.Starting with “Tomb Raider” in 1996, the latest version was released by the same title in 2013 based on a 21 year old Lara Croft who sets explore the outer world for the first time and the origin of the Tomb Raider therby rebooting the entire series for the second time. The latest version works perfectly at the highest settings on an Intel i5 system with 8GB of RAM and a Radeon 6970, including the optional ‘TressFX’ tech that renders Lara’s hair as free-flowing, individually modelled strands. In 2006 Lara Croft was inducted to the Walk of Game and is the Most Successful Human Virtual Game Heroine according to the Guiness Book .
2. BioShock Infinite
Developed by Irrational Games, and published by 2K Games, BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter with role-playing elements. As Booker, the player moves around Columbia both on foot and by using a grappling hook on a series of railways connecting the buildings called the Skyline with any two weapons in hand at a time. The player eventually gets access to weapons which can be used in numerous ways, including on the Skyline.Booker gains powers and abilities by using vigors, and wearing gear, all scattered around Columbia. Vigors grant activated powers such as telekinesis, electricity manipulation, and animal control .On the whole it is a messy game but with great visual combat effects its quite convincing.
3. Dishonored
Dishonored is an action-adventure game played from a first-person perspective with an emphasis on stealth action and the use of gadgets and the environment to eliminate opposing forces. The game world is a series of self-contained, mission-focused areas designed for multiple avenues of exploration in terms of in-game movement and. The player has six active powers, four passive powers or enhancements, and forty bone charms which grant him or her supernatural perks such as the ability to increase the duration of rat possession. The game works smoothly with 2.8GHz Core i7 with a 2GB GeForce GTX 670 graphics card.Overall Dishonored is one of the best magical games released lately
4. FIFA 13
Fifa 13 continues to be an excellent football game that has been overburdened by features and is hungry for some real innovation from its predecessors. This time it comes with a new feature called ‘First Touch Control’ referring to the error-rate when receiving the ball, with bobbles and imperfections effecting even elite players. Career Mode this year has been updated, with players being able to manage an international team as well as a club. Options in transfers include counter-offers and offering a player as well as money .There are 26 stadia in FIFA 13, including two new real ones: Tottenham Hotspur‘s White Hart Lane and the Saudi Arabia‘s King Fahd International Stadium.
5. Assassins Creed 3
Assassin’s Creed III is set in an open world and presented from the third-person perspective with a primary focus on using Desmond and Connor’s combat and stealth abilities to eliminate targets and explore the environment. Connor is able to freely explore 18th-century Boston, New York and the American frontier to complete side missions away from the primary storyline. The game runs smoothly at 30-50 fps on full settings on an Intel i5 760 system with 8Gb of RAM and a Radeon HD 6970. Some of the new features introduced in this game are new weapons,the ability to climb trees and mountain cliffs and can run or jump over tree branches,new environmental hiding spots like bushes,new animals like the jaguar,rabbits,etc , human shielding to be used against enemy firings and act as a Captain and steer your warship.Free parkouring along the streets continues to be a striking feature.Its amazing to see the season change affects not only the visual effects but also the game character slowing him in deep snow. Overall it has an entertaining storyline and fantastic naval combat .
6. FAR CRY 3
Far Cry 3 is a fps game the protagonist Jason Brody, gets stranded on this mysterious tropical island along with his friends and the story slowly folds open as the island turns him into a ruthless killing machine to survive. Slash, sneak, detonate and shoot your way across the island in a world that has lost all sense of right and wrong. The character gets access to a wide range of fire powers which is completely insane as the villains in the game. The games has a n excellent graphical detail of the island filled with dangerous wild beasts(tigers,komodo dragon,sharks,bears,etc) and frequent passes made by pirates in jeeps. You’ll need more than luck to survive.Overall it is one of the best fps game ever.
7. Halo 4
Halo is a multi-billion dollar science fiction video game franchise created by Bungie and now managed by 343 Industries and owned by Microsoft Studios. The series centers on an interstellar war between humanity and a theocratic alliance of aliens known as the Covenant( led by their religious leaders, The Prophets, and worship an ancient civilization known as the Forerunners, who perished in combat with the parasitic Flood). Many of the games center on the experiences of Master Chief John-117, a cybernetically enhanced human super-soldier, and his artificial intelligence (AI) companion, Cortana. The term “Halo” refers to the Halo rings: large, habitable structures that were created by the Forerunners to destroy the Flood. The latest Halo 4 released in 2012 hit the mark yet again. The games in the series have been praised as being among the best first-person shooters on a video game console, and are considered the Xbox‘s “killer app“. This has led to the term “Halo killer” being used to describe console games that aspire, or are considered, to be better than Halo.

The Max Payne series is named after its protagonist, Max Payne, a New York City police officer turned vigilante.Its is the first game to introduce “bullet time” feature to slow down the motion of the character giving time to aim precisely while in mid-air.The latest to release was Max Payne 3 in 2012. The gameplay is simple yet satisfying, but it’s entirely in the service of a strongly-authored narrative. Players aren’t at the liberty to roam, to explore, or to shake things up.Overall Max Payne is yet another above average game.
10. Borderland 2
Borderlands 2 builds upon the gameplay elements introduced in its predecessor, Borderlands. It is a first-person shooter that includes elements found in role-playing games, leading Gearbox to call the game a “role-playing shooter.” At the start of the game, players select one of four new characters, each with a unique special skill and proficiencies with certain weapons.Then, players take on quests assigned through non-player characters or bounty boards, each typically rewarding the player with experience points, money, and sometimes a reward item. Players earn experience by eliminating foes and completing in-game challenges. As they gain levels from experience growth, players can then put skill points into a skill tree that features three distinct specializations of the base character.
